[Discuss OpenCPI] HDL ILA Instantiation

I'm trying to debug some HDL and I was looking through the HDL development
guide for guidance on how to insert an ILA into the image for debugging.
The guide didn't seem to have anything related to that:

Looking for a little guidance to help understand the problem I am trying to
