The AV Team has just synchronized our internal E310 development with GitHub:

As you can tell by the branch name, this is not stable and should not be considered production-ready code. We are still finalizing E310 testing internally, along with the required merges and changes to bring the AD9361 support into the mainline. However, multiple customers have requested a "sneak peak" before our 1.4 release.
If you are developing for an AD9361-based platform that uses LVDS signaling, it is recommended that you continue to use the "develop" branch.
Additionally, today's push to "develop" pairs the full list of Zynq devices with Vivado, meaning that BSP developers for any Zynq-based platforms should not require any framework modifications to tell it to use Vivado with a Zynq device, e.g. the Zynq 7100.
