As Chris said, we don't have exactly what you are looking for, although
it sounds like a good thing.
But there is a small thing: using "ocpirun -v --no-execute" will
perform all the up-front work to deploy an application, but not actually
run it.
It shows the chosen workers and containers, but not the properties.
