Sometimes the framework/registry gests in a weird state like this i think
you have projects in your registry with bad imports/exports links. My next
step would be to do "ocpidev show registry" and re register each project
(ocpidev -d <project-dir> register project) which will re-create the
imports and exports in each project and try again.
I find this happens to me when switching between branches or doing cleans
but I'm not exactly sure what's going on.
